TAX4US is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Tax Preparers for the upcoming tax season. Whether you’re an experienced tax professional with your own EFIN or just getting started with up to 2 years of experience, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number).
• Up to 2 years of tax preparation experience (minimum one full tax season preferred).
• EFIN holders strongly preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of tax preparation software (e.g., Drake, TaxSlayer, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  Pay: $22.44 - $27.03 per hour

• Prepare and file individual and small business tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with current IRS and state tax regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client confidentiality.
• Use professional tax software to prepare and e-file returns.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and answer tax-related questions.
