The opportunity The Greek EY ΤΑΧ team was named " Greece Tax Advisory Firm of the Year" in ITR (International Tax Review) EMEA Tax Awards 2025 for the 15th time overall – and the second consecutive year and distinguished itself as a leader in TAX services in Greece. We are currently seeking for Tax Professionals to support our Tax Certificate team and help our clients in tax projects at different industry sectors. Actively establish internal and external relationships and anticipate and identify risks within engagements. You will also be informed of professional standards and firm policies and procedures and effectively apply this knowledge to different client situations. Your key responsibilities Everything you will do will come back to providing tax services to our clients. Colleagues and clients from a diverse array of backgrounds will look to you first for answers, so you will be a high-profile contact when it comes to resolving complex issues. As you build your knowledge and experience, you will become a tax advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries. You will be part of a high performing team engaged in providing tax certificate services identifying tax exposures and providing solutions to complex tax issues. You will be part of a team which shapes business strategies and you will develop your technical skills leveraging digital technology having a global, innovation and analytics mindset. To qualify for the role you must have 0 - 3 years of working experience in tax or accounting professional field Strong academic record including a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or Business Administration or Banking and Finance Substantial MS office knowledge Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English Excellent communication and prioritization skills Strong teamwork and leadership/project management skills Results-oriented approach with keen attention to high quality, details and accuracy Self-motivation and desire to exceed expectations Ideally, you’ll also have Working experience in a Big4 firm Postgraduate studies in Accounting and Auditing, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Banking and Finance Working experience in tax certificate projects Working location: Athens What we look for What’s most important is that you’re dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
