Job Title: Tax Provision Manager Location: Edison, NJ, US Hybrid Salary: $138,000 – $172,500 + bonus Responsibilities Manage tax engagements from planning to completion Review corporate tax returns and identify tax-saving opportunities Lead and review ASC 740 tax provision work Supervise and mentor junior staff Handle client communication and maintain relationships Support tax research and respond to IRS/state inquiries Key Requirements Active CPA (NY) or JD with active law license 4–7+ years of corporate tax experience Strong experience in ASC 740 (tax provisions) – preparation, review, or audit Experience in public accounting (Top 15 or large regional firm preferred) Experience working with large, multi-state or global companies Must currently be at Manager level (not Senior Associate) Stable work history (no frequent job changes) Core Skills Corporate income tax compliance & consulting US GAAP and tax accounting knowledge State & local tax, international tax, and transfer pricing exposure Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills Experience managing engagements and teams Nice to Have Experience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) software Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
