REQUIRED - A minimum of 1 year experience preparing financial analyses for IRS/state tax resolution cases.
We are seeking a first-class Case Manager to become an integral part of our tax resolution team! Responsibilities

The Case Manager is primarily responsible for preparing a financial analysis for each case and providing it to the assigned attorney/Enrolled Agent to utilize for the client’s IRS/state tax resolution case.

  • Contact clients via phone, email, regular mail, and in person to request documentation or other necessary information to verify taxpayer’s income, expenses, and assets.
  • Review and analyze financial documentation
  • Conduct financial analysis of taxpayer’s income, expenses, and assets.
  • Provide updates to attorneys and enrolled agents regarding client’s resolution details.
  • Work with state tax agencies to establish resolutions for clients.
  • Work alongside other departments to ensure a smooth process for all parties.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
