Description

Manage the engagement team -Set performance measurements and ensure that performance goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time and quality targets are met. Develop, mentor, and supervise Associates & Specialists. Qualification: Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate, MBA Experience: 3-6 years in Canada or US Individual Taxation in a recognized firm or a Big4. Excellent communication skills. Sound technical knowledge with respect to US or Canadian Individual taxes. Should have experience reviewing US or CA Tax Returns for least 12-18 months. Should have prior experience interacting with Foreign offices and assignees
