Work in tandem with finance and HR departments to ensure precise calculation and reporting of payroll taxes and social security contributions Provide guidance on tax equalization and protection policies to employees, ensuring clear understanding and compliance. Analyze employee compensation and payroll data to accurately calculate tax liabilities and identify potential benefits. Prepare supporting applications and documentation to optimize employees' tax positions, including comprehensive data analysis and communication with assignees. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related field. Fluent in English, both written and spoken Minimum 3+ years in Global Mobility or relevant Company experience Work location: Kuala Lumpur.
