• Prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
• Review staff-prepared workpapers and returns, providing feedback and support
• Research and resolve complex tax matters, assisting with compliance and planning strategies
• Collaborate with managers and partners to ensure high-quality client service
• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to a strong team culture
