The Opportunity MGO is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager with a strong background in high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, corporations and partnerships to join our growing tax practice. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients and a leader to engagement teams, managing complex tax matters while delivering exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review federal and state corporate, partnership, and HNW individual tax returns Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, including income deferral, investment, and estate planning Serve as primary client contact for complex tax matters and representation before tax authorities Lead, mentor, and develop engagement teams; review workpapers and ensure technical quality standards Manage multiple engagements, including project management, billing, and client communications Research complex tax issues and communicate clear, actionable recommendations Support growth efforts through client development and expansion of services Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master of Tax preferred CPA required (MBA, JD, or LLM may substitute) 7+ years of tax accounting experience is a public accounting environment Proven experience supervising and developing staff Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple engagements What We Offer Competitive compensation: $150,000–$180,000 + Bonus programs Flexible hybrid work model and progressive time-off policy Inclusive, people-first culture with significant growth opportunities #LI-Hybrid
