This hybrid role is ideal for a tax professional with solid public accounting experience who wants exposure to complex work, collaborative teams, and meaningful career growth. You will support a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses, while developing advanced technical and advisory skills. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals (HNW), corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates Perform tax research and provide technical guidance on a variety of tax matters Assist with tax planning and advisory services Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Identify and communicate proactive tax planning opportunities Build strong client relationships through excellent service Mentor and support the development of junior staff Stay current on tax law changes and firm methodologies Qualifications Bachelors degree in accounting or related field CPA preferred or actively pursuing certification 3+ years of public accounting tax experience Experience with individuals, partnerships, corporations, pass-through entities preferred Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Why MGO Hybrid flexibility and progressive time-off policy People-first culture focused on growth and inclusion Career development at a fast-growing national firm Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 + Bonus programs #LI-Hybrid
