KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Tax Senior, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients, providing tax services that meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Preparing tax returns in line with Xeinadin’s standard procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Advising SME limited companies, larger partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) on detailed and complex tax issues, including CGT, IHT, personal, and business tax planning.
  • Building strong client relationships to deliver innovative and forward-thinking solutions.
  • Acting as a line manager for junior team members, mentoring them and reviewing their work.
  • Ensuring all deliverables are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Representing Xeinadin professionally, both internally and externally, through appearance, conduct, and attitude.
  • Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation to ensure clients receive the best possible advice.
