And of course, it starts and ends with our customers. Job Description 1. Handle tax compliance such as tax return filing, non trade remittance clearance, and other reports to authorities; 2. Develop and update tax working method and instruction, and constantly seek process optimization; 3. Handle tax audit co-ordination, defense and follow-up; 4. Constantly seek optimized and cost effective tax planning; 5. Prepare transfer pricing documentation, inter-company contract review, advise on tax audit defence; 6. Provide professional tax advice and support to BU’s business. Drive changes and take lead in changes of the structure or transactions; 7. Develop and cultivate good relationships with tax authorities and other external stakeholders; 8. Expertise of the tax regulation. Study and share the tax knowledge, market practice, insight for various tax topics with relevant stakeholders; 9. Support local and global projects on a needed basis. Qualifications 1. University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics 2. At least 4 - 6 years of tax specific working experience with a tax consultancy firm or as an in-house tax specialist 3. Have a deep understanding for China tax regulations 4. Basic knowledge of general legal and accounting principles
