JOB DESCRIPTION:
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a:
Tax Specialist, International Assignment Services (IAS).
QUALIFICATIONS - EXTERNAL
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Accounting, Finance, Tax or similar functions)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience
- Prior experience in the fields of payroll, finance, accounting or tax a strong plus.
- Cross cultural sensitivity.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactiveness and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues.
- Track record of collaborating with cross functional teams
- Proficient in Excel including but not limited to using pivot tables, sorting and filtering large volumes of data.
- Experience with Power BI preferred
- Experience with leveraging AI powered support tools or process automated preferred but not required.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
