What you’ll do: Develop and implement tax strategies for high‑net‑worth individuals and family groups to optimise tax efficiency. Manage and review tax compliance obligations, including complex individual, trust and entity tax returns. Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, acting as a key adviser on tax, structuring and wealth matters. Provide advice across estate planning, succession and wealth preservation strategies. Identify and manage tax risks, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements. Lead and coach junior team members, supporting their development and fostering a collaborative team culture. Stay up to date with legislative changes and industry developments to provide practical, forward‑looking advice. Contribute to special projects and initiatives, delivering high‑quality outcomes for clients. What we’re looking for: Significant experience in private client or family office tax, including advising high‑net‑worth individuals. Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax legislation and compliance requirements. Proven ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships. Experience mentoring and reviewing the work of junior team members. Commercial mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
