We are now looking for a professional Tax Specialist to join our finance team in China. In this role, you will be highly analytical and detail-oriented to be responsible for our tax-related activities. The successful candidate will be ensuring compliance with tax regulations, play a key role in preparing tax returns, and mitigating tax risks. Your key responsibilities include: Tax Compliance & Reporting Prepare and file CIT returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Follow up with open input/output VAT differences VAT monthly filing process for all entities Finish and monitor the revenue reconciliation between PRC and Tax filling Tax Research & Planning Conduct research on complex tax issues to support business decisions and ensure compliance with current tax laws. Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the potential impacts to management, and recommend solutions. Audit Support Support tax audits by preparing necessary documentation, responding to information requests from tax authorities, and liaising with group tax or external advisors. Coordinate and resolve tax notices and inquiries from government agencies. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve tax processes, controls, and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy. Maintain organized and detailed tax records, workpapers, and documentation to support all filings and positions. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related field Professional certification (ex: CICPA or CTA) is a plus At least with 2-5 years of progressive experience in tax Solid understanding of corporate, VAT and other taxation Good knowledge of accounting methods, tax laws, and audits Strong written and oral communication skills Sharp attention to details Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with relevant accounting software The ideal candidate is an analytical, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex tax-related issues.
