General Summary We are looking for an experienced and talented Tax Team Lead to manage multiple operations of the tax practice area and to deliver quality tax services, that will increase company’s reputation. Skills and Qualifications At least 2 years-experience as team leader/supervisor for tax or at least 5 years total experience in the field of taxation; Preferably a CPA; Preferably with experience working on audit firms doing tax audits; Preferably with experience handling shared service/multiple companies; Proficient in Excel and is knowledgeable in other Microsoft office tools and softwares; With good communication and leadership skills; Updated with latest tax rules/promulgations Roles and Responsibilities Primary POC to ensure compliance with tax requirements. Conducts regular meeting with tax team to ensure compliance with tax deadline and concerns. Conducts regular review of new tax regulations affecting the organization. Reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns. Reviews and assists in government inquiries and audits. Other duties as assigned related to the work
Responsibilities
The Tax Team Lead will serve as the primary point of contact to ensure compliance with tax requirements and will conduct regular meetings with the tax team to address deadlines and concerns. Additionally, they will review tax returns and assist with government inquiries and audits.
