The Tax Technology Senior Analyst will be responsible for implementing and optimizing tax technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our tax processes. This role requires a deep understanding of tax regulations, technology tools, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our tax operations are aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in tax technology, tax compliance, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Hyperion, OneSource, S4 Hana) and data analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Power Suite Apps).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement tax technology solutions, including software applications and automation tools.
  • Collaborate with tax professionals to identify pain points and design solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain tax data management systems, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct training sessions for tax staff on new technologies and best practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting tax processes.
  • Analyze and interpret tax data to provide strategic insights and support decision-making.
  • Partner with Data Digital & Technology and finance teams to integrate tax technology with existing systems.
