Our client, a prominent accountancy firm in Manchester and Liverpool, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead their corporate tax division. • Proven experience in a senior tax role within the financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: Up to £80,000.00 per year

As a Taxation Director (Senior Taxation Accountant) in an accountancy practice environment you will carry out the following duties:
· Lead and manage the corporate tax team, ensuring excellent service delivery to a diverse client base.
· Develop and implement strategic tax initiatives that align with clients’ business goals.
· Provide expert advice on complex tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and international tax issues.
· Oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming their trusted advisor on all corporate tax matters.
· Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
· Stay current with tax legislation and industry trends to offer clients informed and up-to-date advice.
