Due to continued growth Cabs Smart Ipswich require an experienced Controller/Telephonist for their busy Town Centre office. We are looking for experienced Taxi controllers to work on a part time basis.Although we work with a fully automated dispatch and booking system a good knowledge of Ipswich and the surrounding areas will be needed. We operate 24/7/365 and you will need to be flexible with your work pattern and able to work bank holidays and weekends. You need to be articulate, polite, and of a smart appearance. You will work as part of a team and be responsible for taking work from the telephones and from the general public, entering it into our automated dispatch system, and distributing the work to our fleet of drivers via our automated dispatch system.
