QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for passengers.
  • Experience in cash handling and basic financial transactions is desirable.
  • Ability to navigate using GPS systems and local maps effectively.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

  • Manage time effectively to optimize routes and minimize wait times for passengers.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, providing change as necessary, and maintaining accurate records of fares collected.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving, ensuring the safety of passengers and other road users.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding passenger pickups, drop-offs, and any issues encountered on the road.
