Responsibilities

REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE MANAGER THIS POSITION WILL HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Ensure the passenger receives a safe and enjoyable trip at all times
  • Deliver a level of service that exceeds our customers expectations
  • Ensure smart working practices are followed to ensure good dollar return per km
  • Provide and maintain a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • A full SA drivers licence (essential)
  • A Small Passenger Vehicle Driver Accreditation (not essential but an advantage) Des’s will guide you through the easy accreditation process (if not accredited)
  • A proven safe driving record
  • Well-developed personal communication skills
  • A high level of customer service skills
  • Good record keeping skills
  • Good money handling skills
  • The ability to listen and communicate well
  • A good understanding of Australian Road Rules
  • A good, sound working knowledge of the local town, streets, areas and activities
