Duties and Responsibilities As Taxi Driver, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following: Deliver and pick-up guest, host or requested items according to the standards and procedures in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure proper transfer of guests when requested and escort guests accordingly throughout the resort. Load and unload vehicles on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicles. Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles and ensure they are in good working condition. Coordinate with departments for transfer related issues and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel if needed. Maintain an accurate working knowledge of the local area, streets and directions. Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. Qualifications To execute the position of Taxi Driver, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar hotel operational role. Technical skills include basic mechanical knowledge and vehicle repair and parts and I possess a valid driving license to operate the require type of vehicle with good standing driving record. I have the confidence and experience in handling luxury vehicles. Fluent in English and French EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization required
