We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Taxi Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving and providing exceptional service to passengers. As a Taxi Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients to their destinations while maintaining a clean and well-organised vehicle. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate efficiently through various routes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid UK driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift heavy items when required.
• Familiarity with local roads and navigation systems is advantageous.
• A professional appearance and attitude towards customers are essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Work Location: On the roa

• Drive passengers to their specified locations in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain the vehicle in good condition, ensuring cleanliness and functionality at all times.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, providing assistance as needed during their journey.
• Handle heavy lifting when necessary, such as assisting passengers with luggage or other items.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and passenger details.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate fare records.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any passenger inquiries or concerns professionally.
