Job Description We are launching a Technology Business Management (TBM) Office to enhance transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment of IT investments with business objectives. We are seeking a dedicated TBM Expert to lead the design, implementation, and rollout of TBM processes, practices, and governance structures across our Business Technology organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement TBM processes aligned with industry standards and the TBM Council framework. Establish the TBM Office, defining its mission, structure, roles, responsibilities, and operating model. Support knowledge transfer and training to internal teams to build long-term TBM capabilities. Configure TBM tools (e.g., Apptio) and integrate with ERP and ITSM systems. Engage stakeholders across IT, Finance, and business units to drive adoption and change management. Develop documentation, templates, and reporting to support ongoing TBM operations. Qualifications Proven experience in TBM implementation and operations. Strong knowledge of IT cost transparency, financial management, and value-based IT planning. Hands-on experience with Apptio and integrating TBM with ERP/ITSM systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
