Minimum 10 years of related experience, preferably in IAM, information security, network administration, or IT. Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or IT, or Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA), or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA). Supervisory experience preferred, with a strong track record of leading IAM technology teams. Expertise in IAM frameworks, security controls, and governance models, with hands-on experience in IAM technologies such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Zero Trust principles. Strong ability to assess and implement IAM solutions that align with enterprise risk management strategies. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive IAM initiatives across the organization. Experience in vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and implementing security best practices.
