Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Practitioners Board
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy/ Pharmacology, or equivalent.
  • At least 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Pain Management/ Women’s Health/ Children’s Health/ Immunology & Oncology / Chronic diseases experience would be an advantage
  • Required language: Proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin (to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates & patients)
  • Salary will be commensurate based on qualification & experience

(Basic 底薪 + Commission 提成)

Working hours :
- 10am - 6pm or 11am -8pm
- 4- 5 days per week

  • Basic Salary $3.2k -$4k + Commission

  • Able to commit at least 2 days a week (Part time position available)

Responsibilities

As our Physician Consultant, you will be assigned to work in our TCM Clinics and to carry out the work duties as follows:

  • Embrace Caring & compassion for patients
  • Attending to patients’ enquiries about Treatments and other TCM-related queries.
  • Provide Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) medical consultation and advise appropriate medical treatments that include Acupuncture, Cupping, Tuina, Medicine & Moxibustion, etc
  • Provide professional TCM diagnosis and treatment to patients based on an assessment of patients’ health, wellness condition and discover possible issues.
  • Give appropriate advice for healthy habits (diet, hygiene etc.) and preventative actions to promote overall health.
  • Prescribe and interpret lab tests & report to obtain more information for underlying infections or abnormalities
  • Conduct examinations to ill patients and evaluate symptoms to determine their condition and able to reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history.
  • Keep records of patients’ diseases, operations or other significant information (e.g. allergic episodes)
  • Collaborate with other physicians and physician assistants to form a high-performing medical team
  • Assist in TCM health talks, outreach, article writing and health information sharing
  • Examine and provide treatments for injuries and refer patients to other physicians when needed (ophthalmologists, orthopedists, neurologists etc.)
