We are searching for experience Project Coordinators for the role of TCP Coordinator for our client, a non-profit organization servicing the construction. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and administration of the Traffic Control Program offered by the organization, and funded by WorkSafeBC. Reporting into the Director of Marketing, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the program - providing support to instructors, oversee online renewal course, develop reports on training/certification stats, and strategic advice on operational priorities.
The main duties of this person are:Training Coordination:
Manage Qualification program
Coordinate and approve proposed course changes
Manage online renewal course students
Organize and facilitate instructor events
Record keeping on instructor performance
Update and maintain course materials
Provide technical support
