WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The Toyota Certified Used Vehicle team is looking for a candidate with unlimited curiosity and a passion to see data analysis become actionable recommendations.
The TCUV team is ready to welcome a collaborative thinker who wants to see their hard work result in TMNA’s success and growth. The right candidate will actively engage with and support all TMNA regions, private distributors, and internal customers. Experience with Toyota dealer operations, regional operations, or both would be a big plus. Responsibilities
  • TCUV reporting & data analysis: Reporting consists of daily reports, regional reports as needed, and month-end reporting. Data analysis includes reviewing multiple data sources and identifying used car sales and inventory trends. Identify changes and opportunities then report on the findings.
  • Manage relationships: Support and maintain relationships with all regions & PDs. Support projects including consultants, JD Power, Autodata industry sales reporting, etc. Provide specific training and/or analysis for regional management. Make recommendations and follow up
  • Departmental support 1: Working knowledge of the procurement process & PO creation. Work with various business partners to negotiate annual contract fee structures and work scope
  • Departmental support 2: Maintaining communication and information sharing between other departments such as TCUV Marketing, Media, Training, TFS, etc. Present TCUV sales performance KPIs to audiences including executives at both TMNA and TFS
  • Support TCUV Compliance: Work closely with TCUV Compliance Sr Analyst and Manager to support with research and assist with inventory and regional requests
