Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position:   TDI TechnicianYour Responsibilities Follow EHS requirement, meet safety goals, make sure SAFE working environment Emphasize on awareness among Prod, MNT, QE team to always follow ORP for any quality deviation.  Highlight, guide and correct Prod team on any practices that is not as per PI/WI. Execute investigation procedures prepared by engineers. Execute mitigation as per aligned with engineer Follow up on any uncertainties in practice with engineer. Participate in shift meeting to get updates on NPI lot movement, tool status, daily yield loss, process quality issue and IPP excursion. Responsible to attend to NPI lots IPP OOC/OOS. Responsible to highlight any abnormalities in the process, tool/process deviation from PCP, PI, WI. Attend all the trainings related to the process in charge – theory and on job, safety, quality and environment, etc. Understand the training and able to carry out the tasks as per guideline. Execute the plan and target as per aligned with engineer/manager. Support other task assignment from engineer and manager. High work pressure during new product introduction (NPI), line down situations, or customer audits. Your Profile Diploma in Engineering or Science field or equivalent. Minimum 2 years’ working experience in  SMTmanufacturing or  PCB or semiconductor industry is preferable. Fresh Diploma holders are welcome to apply. Able to work in shift. Good in Mathematics, English and Computer skills Basic understanding of IC substrate, PCB, or semiconductor packaging processes. Basic use of analytical tools (e.g. Excel, JMP) and data logging. Strong problem solving skills, good analytical skills. Able to work independently, minimum supervision, dedicated, results oriented, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
