Test Data Management experience. Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Test Plan/Design Creation, Review, test script execution and review, Knowledge of Quality processes. Skills: Hands on with Test Data Creation, Data usage, Slicing Methodologies and masking. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholder's environment, People coordination, Analytical abilities. Strong Technical Skills, Strong database expertise with hands-on experience. Should have experience in testing process and methodologies. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Team Management Establish trust and maintain a good working relationship with internal / external stakeholders, Partners and liaise with development and support leaders to ensure a successful end-to-end delivery 6-8 years' experience in TDM roles. Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related technical field. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience leading TDM project Experience with Azure DevOps Experience using tools to replication test data Excellent Communication Skills. Very Good exposure to Test Data Management. Hands on expertise in Test Planning, Design, Execution, Evaluation and Reporting. Very good onsite offshore coordination skills. Very good client coordination skills. Ability to provide value adds and solutions from QA in a dynamic environment. Good leadership skills in mentoring the team members.
Responsibilities
