The successful candidate will provide and represent Murchie’s high standards in customer service when selling retail and foodservice products creating and maintaining a loyal customer base.

Education:

• Secondary School (required

• Drink as much tea and coffee as you desire and have fun doing it!
• Welcomes, greets, and approaches all customers.
• Engages with customers to determine needs.
• Shares Murchie’s history.
• Maintains retail merchandise.
• Assists with total store cleanliness.
• Participates in store initiatives.
• Daily operations
• Develops a thorough knowledge of products.
• Produce Barista tea and coffee beverages
• Fluent in English, second language an asset.
• Flexible in scheduling, able to work a variety of shifts
• Food safe certificate
• 16-24 hours including weekends, increased hours during Fall/Holiday season
