We are a fast-growth local business in Victoria. Now it is the time hunting talent, genuine and passionate Tea Consultants, Baristas, Bakers and Assistant Manager Trainee to join our team.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Tea, Coffee, beverage, pastry, food service, customer service, event planning or social media marketing
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• To be efficiency work at fast paced
• High performance on operational, sale and management
• Logical and strong leadership skills
• Logical and strong problem solving
• Willingness and hungry to learn and execute new changes
• Be independently and work with a team environment
• Enthusiastic on social media management and event planning
• Willingness to be relocated in other location if is needed

• Operating opening and closing procedures
• Daily operation including food and beverage service
• Introducing, taking and making beverage orders
• Preparing and baking pastries for sale in a timely manner
• Making special order such as custom birthday cake and decoration in delightful
• Assisting store manager for daily operation management
