We are seeking an ideal candidate who showcases professionalism, possesses in-depth knowledge of English language arts, is acquainted with Pennsylvania’s Academic Standards, and demonstrates the ability to effectively prepare, organize, and instruct secondary students. In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach English and enhance literacy skills among our middle school students. Our educators are expected to master and utilize a variety of instructional strategies to provide outstanding lessons. Your responsibilities will encompass teaching students the beauty of classic and contemporary literature, poetry, English grammar, and usage, while also cultivating their critical thinking skills to ensure they achieve proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking. Pennsylvania Certification (Instructional I or II in English). Bachelor's degree, including all courses to satisfy requirements of subject major in English. Minimum of one year of full-time teaching experience preferred.
