Support students learning and development as a full-time paraprofessional within a K-8 elementary school setting. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about making a difference in a students educational journey, providing 1:1 assistance to support individual learning needs.
Located in Kittery, ME, this position offers a contract through the next school year, supporting diverse learners in a dynamic elementary school environment. Candidates with experience as paraprofessionals, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), or Applied Behavior Analysts (ABA) are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students, adapting instructional materials and assisting with classroom activities
• Collaborate with teachers and specialists to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior interventions
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to each students needs
• Support social, emotional, and academic development through consistent encouragement and engagement
• Maintain clear communication with teaching staff regarding student progress and challenges

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional, RBT, or ABA professional preferred
• Ability to work effectively with elementary-aged students (grades K-8)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team setting
• Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success
• Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and necessary clearances
