Full time assistant needed. Person must be able to work well with others, be able to change diapers and help ensure the children are properly cared for. The hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Bells Little Learners. In this role, you will support lead teachers in providing high-quality care and education to our young learners. Your contributions will help create a positive learning atmosphere that encourages growth and development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting is preferred.
  • Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment.
  • Knowledge of behavior management strategies to support children’s development.
  • First aid certification is a plus but not required.
  • Compassionate caregiver with the ability to connect with children of various ages.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
