Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Childcare Teacher Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Bradford on Avon. This role involves supporting children during both the Breakfast Club (07:30 – 08:40) and the After-School Club (15:10 – 17:45), Monday to Friday, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.
Candidates who are happy to attend a one-off, voluntary in-person introduction at the school before sessions start are especially welcome. This provides an opportunity to meet the children and staff and get familiar with the setting.

  • Experience working with children in a childcare, nursery, or school setting is essential.
  • Knowledge or background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
  • Strong English communication skills to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues.
