Starting Pay: $13.86-$21.95 (based on education) Job Summary: At Pathfinder, our Early Learning Center Teacher Assistants play a key role in nurturing the next generation. This position supports classroom educators by helping create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child can grow, learn, and thrive. At least 18 years of age. Basic language, written, and computer skills necessary for communication and documentation. Demonstrated ability to support people with disabilities. Ability to work a flexible schedule if needed. Ability to speak, hear, and read the English language. Essential physical skills – be able to run, squat, stoop/bend, kneel, climb stairs, be able to lift 50 pounds, push and pull against potential resistance; and be able to implement CPR and First Aid when needed.
