DESIRED SKILLS:

• Experience: Childcare (1-2 years minimum)
• Key Traits: Patience, Compassion, Effective Communication, Teamwork, Creativity, Organizational Skills, Adaptability, Safety Awareness, Problem-Solving
• Certifications: CDA preferred (client will provide an opportunity to obtain after 60 days to 6 months), First Aid/CPR preferred (provided during orientation)
• Education: High School Diploma/GED

• PA State Background
• PA Child Protective Service Results
