Start Date: September 2025-ideal start date for the new academic year, however this is negotiable due to notice periods

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong expertise in explicit instruction and teaching reading
• Understanding of instructional coaching principles
• Commitment to pupil progress and achievement
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Enthusiasm for developing pupils’ experiences beyond the classroom

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons using explicit instruction methods
• Participate in instructional coaching to continuously refine teaching practice
• Demonstrate excellent reading teaching skills through structured approaches
• Foster a love of learning and high expectations for all pupils
• Support pupils’ academic and personal development through targeted, evidence-based strategies
• Contribute to our school’s collaborative and supportive professional learning culture
• Actively engage in and support a wide range of enrichment and extra-curricular activities
