You will be a great fit if you: * Have a passion for early childhood education * Are reliable and dependable our children depend on you! * Are fun, engaging, patient and flexible What you have: * Must be 18 years of age (with HS diploma or equivalent preferred) * Must have one (1) year experience in a licensed childcare facility * Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program * Successful background check and VA licensing standards required What you will do: * Support the Lead Teacher in the care and education of a group of children * Assist in managing your students as they learn, play, eat and sleep * Keep your classroom organized and clean * Observe your children's interests; work with other team members to develop creative ideas for engaging activities * Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal conversations Compensation: * The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. * The pay range listed here is what LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. * Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
