ASSIGNMENT:

• Full-time 1.0 Temporary Replacement Teaching position
• Instructing as a Grade 5 teacher
• Duties to commence October 14, 2025 and will continue for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience teaching in relevant grade as mentioned above would be considered an asset
• Ability to work in a team environment with support staff, and service providers
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success
• Assessment literate
• Ability to work in a collaborative teaching and learning environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work in a collaborative team-orientated learning environment and be a positive team member
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet a wide range of special and individual needs
• Effective classroom management that facilitates safe, caring, and inclusive spaces for all students
