QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in training, preferably in hospitality, household service, or childcare.
  • Education: Degree in Education, Psychology, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Experience working with international staff.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with virtual training tools (Zoom, LMS platforms).
  • Passion for Service: Deep understanding of premium service expectations in private households.

Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Design, follow and update training modules covering service protocols, household management, child safety, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Theoretical Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and gamified classroom-style or virtual training sessions for nannies, ensuring comprehension of service standards.
  • Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainees’ understanding through quizzes, role-plays, and discussions; provide constructive feedback.
  • Cultural Adaptation Training: Educate nannies on Western household expectations, communication styles, and professionalism.
  • Collaboration with Practical Trainers: Work alongside hands-on trainers to ensure seamless integration of theory and practice.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and adjust training materials as needed.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all training meets company and regulatory standards; maintain trainee records.
