Job Summary
This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual qualified to teach mathematics to join a forward-thinking College to teach, challenge, support and coach learners studying the GCSE Mathematics course.
You will need to possess a teaching qualification and have a good knowledge and teaching expertise of mathematics. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate evidence of working flexibly, collaboratively and effectively to enable learners to excel.
It is essential that you have the ability to build productive relationships, display excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills and demonstrate a flexible and learner-centred approach. You must be able to evidence good understanding of the craft of teaching and coaching and what approaches secure outstanding outcomes for learners. Experience of project management and working strategically with other organisations and stakeholders is desirable.
You will be a highly self-motivated, energetic and driven individual, encompassing a strong sense of autonomy. You will possess excellent communication, teaching and coaching skills and be able to demonstrate proven and positive impact on learners’ outcomes.
