We are looking for a Teacher Intern to join our Morven Campus (Grades 8 -12). The ideal candidate will be a passionate and committed educator and have expertise in secondary education.
This role contributes to the many facets of school life, which includes coaching and extra-curricular responsibilities. This is a Temporary Contract position for the 2025-2026 school year. The contract dates will be August 22, 2025 to June 30, 2026.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified (or in the process of becoming certified) by the British Columbia Ministry of Education Teacher Regulation Branch
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or the equivalent
  • Canadian residency and legally entitled to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid work permit)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:

  • Passion for supporting co-curricular programming at a secondary school level
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in providing pastoral care for young adults
