JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and supporting the diverse needs of students. The Teacher will play a crucial role in promoting literacy, social skills, and overall childhood development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children in various settings, including daycare, preschool, or private school environments.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques.
• Familiarity with Montessori methods or other educational philosophies is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.
• Proven experience in lesson planning and classroom management strategies.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners.
