POSITION INFORMATION

Emmaville Central School is a small K-12 school, located in a small rural and remote township/village with a population of approximately 500. It is located 42 kilometres north-west of Glen Innes in northern NSW-New England Tablelands region. The school caters for the varied learning needs of 91 students, including 26% Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students. Students come from a diverse range of socioeconomic backgrounds.
Emmaville Central School offers individualised learning in small composite class groups and in stage groups. There is a strong emphasis on quality teaching and learning.

Applicants seeking either permanent full time or permanent part time employment are encouraged to apply for this position. If the recommended applicant is seeking permanent part time employment (FTE from 0.1 to 0.9 inclusive), they will be offered an appointment at their desired FTE.
