We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Teacher of Catering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation, hospitality and culinary techniques with a flair for inspiring students to develop their catering skills and achieve their potential.
A background in the industry would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high quality, engaging lessons which develop the skills and attributes young people need to work in the catering industry including food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, and presentation. Tthe College currenty offers catering courses at level 2 and level 3 but are extending to offer level 1. Candidates will be required to teach across levels.
This is a full-time role, however, part time would be considered for the right candidate.
The College welcomes applications from experienced teachers as well as experienced professionals who would like to change careers and enter teaching.
The College offers a Post Graduate Certificate in education through Brighton University and would support the successful candidate.

The successful candidates will be required to possess an enhanced DBS certificate to be employed at the College.
