Essentials Undergraduate degree AND one of the below UK qualifications or an equivalent from another country: Accredited Montessori Diploma in Early Years (e.g. AMI, AMS, or MACTE) NCFE Council for Awards in Care, Health and Education (CACHE) Level 4 Diploma in Steiner Waldorf Early Childhood Studies (Early Years Educator) NCFE CACHE Level 4 Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy - Birth to Seven (Early Years Educator) NCFE CACHE Level 4 Certificate for the Early Years Advanced Practitioner Pearson BTEC Level 4 Higher National Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care Pearson BTEC HNC Diploma in Advanced Practice in Early Years Education Essentials 2 years full-time post-qualification teaching experience in Early Years (and/or equivalent to 1,800 hours). Experience teaching non-native speakers of English or English as an Additional Language (EAL). Experience teaching phonics. Early Years Foundation Stage for England (EYFS) International Early Years Curriculum (IEYC) Primary aged 6 to 10 High proficiency in English i.e. CEFR level of C2/ IELTS Band 8+ in each of 4 sections of the academic module Important information Package: KRW 3,683,102 - KRW 4,361,194 gross per month depending on qualifications and experience. This includes KRW 1,000,000 (one million Korean won) per month housing allowance. Annual Leave: Annual paid leave is 19 days. In addition, there are 14 public holidays per year. Baggage allowance: If you are recruited from outside Korea, teachers are eligible for an accountable baggage allowance of £1,200 for single teachers; £2,000 for staff with accompanying partner and/or children. Responsibilities
