Description

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? Snowfields Academy is opening its brand new, custom-built Minster Campus in September 2025, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of English to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fresh, dynamic team at the very beginning of an exciting new chapter. You’ll have the chance to help shape the culture, vision, and learning environment of a brand-new campus, where your contributions will have a lasting impact on our students’ futures.

YOUR IMPACT:

We are open to candidates from a primary, SEN, or mainstream subject specialist background. If you are passionate about making a real difference and have the drive and vision to contribute to the development of a new campus, we want to hear from you! We’re seeking someone who:

  • Brings experience in supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Is adaptable and open to working in a range of subject areas, tailoring lessons to individual student needs.
  • Possesses strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Is committed to creating an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.

This is a permanent, full time position, offering MPS/UPS based on experience + SEN1 Allowance.
Snowfields Academy is a very special place to work and pre-application visits or phone calls are both encouraged and welcomed. If you would like to arrange to discuss the role with a member of the team, please contact Amy Wenban (Recruitment Advisor) on amy.wenban@latrust.org.uk.
