About the role We’re seeking a dedicated Horticulture teacher educators who is passionate about growing the next generation of industry professionals. At TAFE NSW, you’ll play a vital role in equipping students with nationally recognised qualifications that lead to rewarding and meaningful careers across the horticulture sector. Through your industry knowledge and experience, you’ll mentor online learners as they develop practical, hands-on skills that support thriving gardens, landscapes, and green spaces. About You To be successful in the role you will: * Hold appropriate subject knowledge and skills, and at minimum hold a Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent * Knowledge of and industry experience operating pressurised irrigation systems is desirable * Have a minimum of five years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously * Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET).
