What You’ll Do:

• Deliver engaging and accessible GCSE and/or Functional Skills sessions in English and/or Math’s.
• Support learners from diverse backgrounds in achieving their full potential and progressing in their educational or professional journeys.
• Develop and enhance curriculum resources to improve learning outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative learning environment.
• Use assessment data to personalise learning and track student success.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, DET, or equivalent).
• A degree in English, Math’s, or a relevant subject.
• Minimum Level 2 qualifications in both English and Math’s.
• Proven experience teaching either subject at GCSE and/or Functional Skills level.
• Strong classroom management and a passion for inclusive education.
• A drive to innovate and continually improve learner outcomes.

We’d Love It If You Also Have:

• Experience with resit learners or delivery across Entry Level to Level 2.
• Familiarity with personalised learning, digital tools, and assessment for learning.
• A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
